Description

SPS-09 is a new-generation, environmentally friendly, high water-reducing, high-performance PCE.

Technical Principle

With EPEG-3000 as the main raw material, by optimizing the side chain conformation and conducting free radical copolymerization at low temperature, the efficient dispersion and stable slump retention were finally achieved through the synergistic effect of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion.

(1) The product offers a high water-reduction rate, effectively reducing cement. The consumption while improving concrete workability and enhancing concrete strength.

(2) Excellent slump retention properties effectively extend the concrete's working time and ensure its workability for an extended period.

(3) It exhibits broad adaptability to different cement and aggregate systems, is compatible with early-strength agents, air-entraining agents, and defoamers, and supports multifunctional composite applications.

Quality Specification

Usage Instructions and Precautions

(1) Recommended dosage is 0.2%-0.5% by weight of binding materials. Specific dosage must be determined through mix design testing.

(2) Testing must be conducted prior to use.

(3) This product must not be mixed with naphthalene sulfonate admixtures.

(4) Compatibility testing is required when used with other admixtures.

Packing

Flexitank, 24 MT/20'GP ; 230kg/barrel, 18.4 MT/20'GP ; 1100 KG/IBC drum, 22 MT/20'GP.

Storage Conditions

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Strictly avoid moisture exposure, as it may cause clumping and affect performance. Protect from direct sunlight and high temperatures (recommended ambient temperature ≤40℃).

Shelf Life

12 months. Use after testing if stored beyond this period.
